We are a commercial contract cleaning company operating in the United Kingdom.  All information you provide to us is stored in a secure server.  We have in place appropriate security for the level of information stored and the harm that might result from a breach of security. We keep your personal information for as long as is needed after which we will dispose by deleting the electronic information from our database and shredding all paper documents.


Disclosure of Information

We may disclose your personal information to third parties;

  1. Who may carry out the services which you have requested

For payment services – when paying for services by credit/debit card, bank transfer, we will share your payment related information with entities we have engaged with to process payments and provide similar financial services.  The service providers are allowed to process only the information necessary to perform the requested service.

  4. In the event of a breach of agreement such as failure to make payments for services provided, we may disclose your personal data to credit reference agencies, fraud prevention agencies, debt collection agencies and legal team and insurance agencies in the event of a claim made against us.
